Carlo Lamagna, chef-owner of Southeast Portland’s Magna Kusina, is in the 2021 Food & Wine class of top new chefs, the magazine said Thursday.

Magna Kusina is currently open 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday through Saturday at 2525 SE Clinton St., 503-395-8542, magnapdx.com
