Motorists in the Buffalo Niagara area had the chance to drive in a Tesla electric vehicle on Saturday.

Tesla cars, which can also use a conventional electric car charger with an adapter, can locate the closest Supercharger from its current location and indicate available locations and those in use. For long trips, the navigation feature will locate the superchargers along the route.
"You will never run out of juice," said Weiksnar.
Bob Seemueller, a Buffalo resident who attended the event Saturday, has an electric vehicle, but owning a Tesla is not out of the question.
"I am a Chevy Bolt owner, it could go up in the future," said Seemueller. "Prices are going down, it's a nice car, it's an advanced technology."
