An Instagram fitness influencer from California is missing – and her family is begging the public for help in locating her, authorities have said.

Ca’Shawn Ashley Sims, 30, was last seen on September 8 in Duarte, a town outside of Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Sims’ mother told KABC her daughter has suffered from mental health issues since the pandemic.

“Her family is concerned for her well-being and is asking the public for help,” the sheriff’s department said in a statement.

Sims, whose nickname is “Cookie,” has approximately 216,000 followers on her personal Instagram account, where she hasn’t posted since July 1.

The missing woman has three tattoos. The one on his left collarbone says, “It’s in the soul,” and another on his left forearm says, “Earth,” according to the sheriff’s department.
