Castro requests that an investigation be opened on the last complaint against Kavanaugh

In a tweet, Castro said the allegations of nonprofit owner Max Stier that Kavanaugh would have been exposed to a party before other students would flatten him against a student, forcing his genitals into contact with his hand, should be the subject of an investigation.

Stier's allegation, allegedly provided to the FBI in 2018 during Kavanaugh's confirmation process but never been the subject of an investigation, first was published publicly on Saturday in the New York Times.

Stier has never spoken publicly about his charge, which has been corroborated by US officials familiar with the report.

The Supreme Court's request for comment was not immediately dismissed on Saturday, and Kavanaugh denied having previously been prosecuted for sexual misconduct during his 2018 confirmation proceedings.

Kavanaugh was confirmed in court last year after a contentious battle over allegations of sexual assault and malpractice, which he denied during a moving testimony before the Judiciary Committee of the Senate.
