DIXON, Tenn. – The cause of death of the actor Luke Perry has been confirmed as a massive stroke.
TMZ received the death certificate of the star "Beverly Hills, 90210" and "Riverdale" on Wednesday.

According to the certificate, Perry died on March 4 at 12:44. The cause of death is listed as an ischemic stroke – also called cerebrovascular accident – that occurred six days before his death.The largest shopping center
Perry had a stroke at his home in Sherman Oaks, California on February 27th. He is survived by his adult children, Sophie Perry and Jack Perry, and his fiancée, Wendy Bauer, who is on the next of kin list.
Perry was buried in Dixon, Tennessee on Monday.
