CBS has postponed the return of the daytime series “The Talk” for a second time as they continue to investigate allegations made against co-host Sharon Osbourne.
The show was originally put on hold following the controversy surrounding Osbourne’s support for Piers Morgan, which has led to several accusations of racism from current and previous hosts.
The hiatus was extended a few days later and the show was scheduled to return on March 22, but will continue to be on hiatus for at least another week.
“Everyone is in doubt and wants this to be over,” said a spokesperson for the network. “There is still no clear understanding of what the outcome will be. For her part, the Briton has denied claims that she called previous host Julie Chen a “wonton” and that she called Holly Robinson-Peete “too ghetto” for the show.

She did, however, apologize for her comments on Morgan after defending her rant about Meghan Markle’s mental health, which sparked a heated discussion on the air between her and co-host Sheryl Underwood.
Osbourne was recently accused of spreading lies about his co-hosts, but found a supporter in singer Cyndi Lauper.
