CBS Evening News presenter Jeff Glor wrapped up Monday's broadcast by briefly mentioning the major reshuffle of CBS News without mentioning his replacement, Norah O Donnell.
It was officially announced Monday morning that O Donnell, who currently co-hosted "CBS This Morning" with Gayle King and John Dickerson, served as anchor and editor of "CBS Evening News" and that Dickerson became correspondent. Glor, 43, became the anchor of "CBS Evening News" in December 2017 after Mason's brief tenure after Scott Pelley left six months earlier. He also did not mention his predecessors by name in his 40-second remarks, but he promised to share "a lot more" about his future.
