(WKOW) – The CDC has offered new guidance on travel during the winter break 2020.

First and foremost, the agency advised against it.

However, the CDC has said that if you must travel, consider taking coronavirus tests before and after your trip.

Any travel-related increase in vacation cases will likely be seen a week to ten days after the vacation.

The CDC director called the next three months “more difficult” for public health in the United States.
