Celine Dion, Stevie Wonder and more stars unite to honor nurses with Thanksgiving benefit concert

A handful of music’s biggest stars unite to honor some of our most important frontline workers – nurses.

Stevie Wonder, Celine Dion and Gloria Estefan are just a few of the performers taking part in the virtual celeb concert on Thanksgiving Day.

Nurse Heroes announced Tuesday that the concert titled Nurse Heroes Live will air on the organization’s YouTube and Facebook with LiveXLive on November 26 at 7 p.m. EST.

Other performers include Josh Groban, Black Eyed Peas, Pitbull, The Wailers, Carole King, Maluma, and Andrea Bocelli.

This benefit will provide money for a variety of programs, including scholarships for nurses and their children.

Whoopi Goldberg will host the concert with special appearances from Oprah Winfrey and Billy Crystal.

Taylor Swift will donate a “Folklore” collector’s guitar, which will be auctioned off to benefit the Nurses Heroes Foundation.

Nurses from Northwell Health in New York will be the first beneficiaries of the concert. The event will also feature 50 hospital nurses in an ensemble performance with several celebrities.
