(KFSM) – Nature's Path Foods recalls some grain products as they may contain undeclared gluten.
The recall concerns a specific production of EnviroKidz Choco Chimps cereals, Gorilla Munch and Jungle Munch. People with allergies to wheat, celiac disease or gluten should not consume cereals, the company said. The products are sold nationwide at specialty and organic food stores, including Whole Foods in Fayetteville.
The products concerned are:
EnviroKidz Choco Chimp, 10 oz, UPC 0 5844987024 1, expiry date 27/08/2019
EnviroKidz Gorilla Munch, 10 oz, UPC 0 58449 86008 0, Expiry Date 24/08/2019
EnviroKidz Gorilla Munch, 10 oz, UPC 0 58449 86002 0, Expiry Date 21/09/2019
EnviroKidz Jungle Munch, 10 oz, UPC 0 5844987028 9, Expiry Date 08/01/2019
Other products are not part of the recall, the company said.
Consumers requesting a refund must return the products to their retailer or contact Nature's Path Customer Service at 1-866-880-7284 Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm PST (10 am-6: 30 pm, CST) or by email at [email protected].
