The knockout stages of the UEFA Champions League have resulted in two fantastic matches, but to everyone's surprise, no goals were scored on Tuesday. Liverpool and Bayern Munich drew Anfield, while Lyon and Barcelona did the same in France. There were plenty of chances in both games, but the goalkeepers took center stage and kept the game up for the first leg next month. Let's take a look at the winners and losers of Tuesday's action:
Winner: Road Teams
Ideally, when you participate in a competition where goals on the outside have more value, you want to at least achieve a goal. However, winning a 0-0 draw on the road is also a good result, as it means you come home for the second leg knowing that if you win, you advance. Every game is different, but Bayern Munich must feel good about their chances. Of course, they were probably confident they could count on Virgil van Dijk for the Reds because of a suspension, but they have 11 home goals in their last four games and will have the support of their audience.
Loser: the back of the net

Bayern-Liverpool only produced two shots on goal, while Lyon-Barcelona had seven. In total, there were 54 shots in both games, but the fans still wanted to.
Winner: Anthony Lopes
French goalkeeper Anthony Lopes is one of the most underrated players in Europe. The 28-year-old has been in Lyon since 2012 and should be examined by some of the biggest clubs on the continent.
