Charles Martinet finally reveals what Mario says when he launches Bowser in Super Mario 64

For years, fans of Super Mario 64 have wondered what Mario says when he starts Bowser by the tail. The debate has been raging for all these years, but we finally have a response from Mario himself.

I must admit that even after I understand what Mario says, I still do not hear it. I can hear King Bowser, but I can not here "Kinga Bowser". What do you think of Mr. Martinet's explanation?
