Chick-fil-A apparently will not let anyone else in and take them the chicken sandwich.
The fast food chain appears to be in a social media feud with Popeyes on their competing chicken sandwiches. The two sandwiches are similar and both offer fried chicken and pickles.
Popeyes presented his sandwich on August 12th. It includes a chicken fillet breaded with buttermilk and breaded by hand on toasted brioche bread. It is garnished with pickles and mayonnaise spread or cajun spice.
The Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich comes on a toast and buttered with pickle chips to dill. The restaurant claims it's the original chicken sandwich of its kind and dates back to the early 1960s.
