It took Chick-fil-A's director, Daryl Howard, about 15 minutes to replace a flat tire with a 96-year-old veteran of the Second World War named "Mr. Lee".

Daryl Howard was taking his orders Thursday morning at Severn's restaurant when a 96-year-old veteran of the Second World War, known to employees as Mr. Lee, went on the register and said that he was not in the business. he had a puncture.
"He was shaking, almost crying saying that he had barely managed to get to the store with three tires because one was bad," Rudy Somoza, another director, told CNN.
Lee was able to park but had no one to help him change his tire.
"As soon as he finished his sentence, Daryl informed me that he now had to help this gentleman," Somoza said. "So, Daryl went into action without hesitation."
It took Howard about 15 minutes to change the tire. He did not know that Somoza had taken pictures before.
Somoza said that he had been working with Howard for about five years.
"His kindness action was beautiful. Daryl has always been of great help to people in need and deserves this recognition, "Somoza said.
Somoza said Lee was back on Friday and was very grateful.
