The army document also mentions the case of Colonel Rafael Villarroel Opazo promoted on December 1, 2014, but the treatment had been canceled. Villarroel Opazo is the brother of the former director of the military school, called to retirement after the controversial tribute paid to the former DINA agent, the convicted Miguel Krasnov.
