For the second consecutive time, the National Accreditation Commission (CNA) awards two years of accreditation to Inacap University, the fourth largest university campus in Chile with 35,000 students.
According to the minutes of the ANC, presented by La Tercera, the minimum period of accreditation was considered because the integrated system of its three versions (university, technical training center and professional institute) , "makes it difficult to distinguish between goals and objectives of university projects" .

This situation differs from that of the Inacap Technical Training Center which currently has seven years of accreditation, the maximum possible duration.

By a statement, Inacap informed that the ex -Rector decided to leave the house of studies "to undertake personal projects" and that Luis Eduardo Prieto will badume the presidency ad interim from 1 December next.
