The Seremi of Vivienda y Urbanismo plans to realize two ambitious projects to improve the road infrastructure of Concepción. One refers to the couple of roads that make up Collao and General Novoa avenues and the other is linked to the Esmeralda axis.
The first initiative should be conducted in the same manner as Colon Avenue, that is to say in sections, and includes improvement of Collao Avenue between the road leading to Nonguén and the Juan Bosco sector, of an approximate length of 2.14 km in this region, and General Novoa street from Maipú street to Nonguén creek, with a surface allowing to intervene 1.6 km
At the same time, the second project aims to develop an extension that will connect Ecuador's park with the coastal road that crosses the Pedro de Valdivia sector.
