South African Kevin Anderson has qualified for the Wimbledon Final, his second Grand Slam, beating American John Isner on Friday during a 6-hour, 35-minute duel in five sets (7-6 (8/6)), 6-7 (5/7), 6-7 (9/11), 6-4, 26-24)

Both players played the second longest game in the history of the tournament, after with Isner himself and the French Nicolás Mahut in 2010, the longest match in history (1st round 6-4, 3-6 , 6-7 (7), 7-6 (3) and 70-68) in number of parts and time, 11 hours, 5 minutes and 183 parts.

Anderson will face Spaniard Rafael Nadal or Serbian Novak Djokovic in Sunday's final, who will meet in the other semifinal.
