With the premiere of " Super Dragon Ball: Broly ", Toei Animation hosts not only the official canon of one of the most iconic villains of the 90s movies, but another character of the same period. This was revealed as part of the Comic Con of San Diego .
We are talking about Saiya Paragus, father of Broly, who in the original film of the 90s controlled his son to make it an instrument of revenge. At that time, the character cheated on Goku and his friends by temporarily leaving Earth.
Contrary to the original film, the Paragus of " Dragon Ball Super " has an aged look, which complements with a long tunic, under which exceeds its prehensile tail; characteristic of all the saiyan warriors.
This and other designs of " Dragon Ball Super: Broly " were revealed at the booth that allowed Funimation in San Diego Comic Con where fans may even take a selfie with a statue of Goku, the protagonist. Similarly, the drawings appear in the most recent issue of Japanese magazine V Jump.
