The Day of the Dead is one of the most important celebrations for Mexicans. This festival was proclaimed Intangible Heritage for Humanity by UNESCO in 2013. Although this date is commemorated in much of the world, Mexicans have given it its own aesthetic.

The film tells the story of Miguel Rivera, a 12-year-old boy who dreamed of being a musician, but his family did not leave him, which led him to flee his home and then he is carried by a guitar in a dimension where he can see and talk with his dead ancestors.
67 artists gave life to the North Leon Municipal Pantheon, in Guanajuato, with the help of some graffiti characters from the movie "Coco", such as Hector, Miguel de la Cruz, Mama Coco , Mama Imelda and many others are members of the famous Rivera family.
