The South American Confederation of Football (CONMEBOL) confirmed that the second match of the Copa Libertadores final will take place in Argentina between December 8 and 9 .
In a statement, the ruling body decided, on the basis of the acts of violence perpetrated in Buenos Aires and citing Articles 4 and 35 of the Contest Rules that fees would be charged for travel expenses, accommodation, food and internal transportation. Up to 40 people per delegation.
