On the other hand, married persons over the age of 18 must apply to a family court where both spouses will be named. In the event that the application is accepted, the judge will terminate the marriage, so that the parties, for all legal purposes, will be considered divorced, thus maintaining all rights and obligations acquired prior to the change.

The law will be promulgated after the decision of the Constitutional Court not to change the registration of the bad change, at the request of 38 pro-government parliamentarians
