The alleged harasser of Chloë Grace Moretz faces several criminal charges, but criminal harassment will not be one of them.

TMZ reports that on June 30 and July 1, Justin Alexander Behr was charged with trespassing for alleged incidents, although he was not charged with criminal harassment.

Earlier this month, a judge granted Moretz a restraining order against 18-year-old Behr, after having twice infiltrated his family's property in Los Angeles less 24 hours.

Moretz's brother, Brandon, went to the police after the incidents to obtain a temporary prohibition order against Behr.

Behr reportedly knocked on the front door and asked if the actress "Let Me In" was at home.
