For the first time since the launch of The single person franchise, an episode will not be hosted by Chris Harrison. Amid continuing controversy, Harrison won’t host upcoming season The bachelorette, ABC and the producer of the Warner Horizon franchise said Friday night.
Speculation that Harrison will continue to be sidelined was further fueled when TMZ revealed on Friday morning that he was not in quarantine with the cast and crew of The bachelorette in a seaside resort near Albuquerque. Production is expected to start at the end of the month.
ABC and Warner Horizon have not announced a new host, instead claiming that “former Bachelorettes Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe will support the new Bachelorette until next season.”
