The Thor’s star, 37, joined a growing number of celebrities by posting the #TimesUpGlobes hashtag and Instagram post on Sunday.

Its 87 members from over 50 countries include various people of color, but not a single black member.

On Thursday, the HFPA released a statement promising to implement an “action plan” to have a more inclusive and diverse membership body.

“We are fully committed to ensuring that our members reflect the communities around the world who love film, television and the artists who inspire and educate them,” the statement began.
