And on Wednesday, Chris Hemsworth showed off his superhero-worthy physique as he completed a grueling home workout.

Sharing a clip with his 50 million Instagram followers, a shirtless Chris flaunted his ridiculously big biceps and ripped figure while sweating.

Chris, who recently wrapped up the final episode of Thor Thor: Love and Thunder, said he’s now training hard for the sequel to Netflix’s hit, Extraction.

To prepare for the action role, he explained that he mixes up his workouts and wants to focus on movement and “agility, strength and speed”.

“Getting ready for the Netflix Extraction sequel,” Chris captioned the post.

He then introduced his workout to his fans – three minutes of boxing, 50 squats, 40 seated exercises, 20 reps and 25 push-ups.

The publication reports that production was supposed to start in New South Wales but moved to Prague, Czech Republic.

Producers are said to have made the decision to move to Prague over fears that a single case of Covid could lead to a blackout – which recently happened to the thriller Poker Face directed by Russell Crowe in Sydney.

“Other sources place the move in a broader context, explaining that Hemsworth’s tight schedule and growing uncertainties associated with filming in Australia make the relocation a safe choice,” the website added.
