Chris Jericho, the new AEW World Champion, claims to be stealing a belt this Sunday.
A representative from the Tallahassee Police Department confirmed that Jericho had filed a police report this weekend regarding a stolen title belt.
The report reads as follows:
"The victim reported the theft of his wrestling belt while he was eating at Longhorn Steakhouse. The victim stated that he had arrived at the terminal of the Millionaire Club Airport and had passed the belt inside his rented limousine. The limousine driver took the victim to Longhorn for dinner. The victim remained in Longhorn while the limousine driver was returning to the airport. The victim had taken the bad luggage from the airport and the driver drove him back to the terminal. When the driver took the victim to the restaurant, he missed the belt. The agents who responded searched the limousine and the airport in search of the belt without success. CID on call was consulted, and forensic scientists responded to the scene.

AEW confirmed later in the comments of an Instagram post that it is their world championship that was stolen Sunday.
