Chris Jericho once again shocked the world by appearing on video at this week's NJPW Wrestling Dontaku event in Fukuoka.
Jericho appeared on the screen after the success of defending Kazuchika Okada's title against SANADA. Jericho has been called the Pain Manufacturer and said that at Dominion, he would win the IWGP Heavyweight title from Okada. He repeated many times that he would win at the end of the video.
Despite signing with All Elite Wrestling earlier this year, Chris Jericho's contract allows him to continue working with NJPW. He participated for the last time in the promotion on January 4th, leaving the IWGP Intercontinental Championship at Tetsuya Naito at Wrestle Kingdom 13.
Jericho signed with AEW a few days later on January 8th. He should face Kenny Omega (who is also licensed to work on NJPW dates) at AEW Double or Nothing on May 25 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
NJPW Dominion will take place on June 9th at Osaka-jo Hall.
