The voice cast for the film will feature guardians of the galaxy star Chris Pratt as Mario. Now, Pratt is having a bit of fun sharing a hilarious “first look” at the movie with a really good fan edit that reinvents Pratt’s Peter Quill from Guardians as Mario.

In the video, which Pratt shared on Instagram, someone took the stage by guardians of the galaxy in which Peter takes the Power Stone and layers the sound effects of the Super Mario video game while adding various other elements of the Super Mario game. The result is hilarious.

Charles Martinet, Mario’s best-known voice, will also provide various cameos in the film.

Pratt also shared a video on Instagram teasing his voice of Mario as part of his reaction revealed by the cast last month.

“There was this laundromat near my house, and there was Super Mario Bros., the original arcade game. I loved that game,” Pratt said in the video posted to Instagram. Because he “never had a quarter, it was like,” Pratt would steal quarters from a wishing fountain.

“The quarter that I stole from the well wishing to play Super Mario Bros. has come true, I become the voice of Mario, but I clearly stole someone else’s wish. row of karma dominoes crumbles on me, “Pratt joked,” but as it is right now, it’s a me, Mario. ”
