Chris Rock tears Jussie Smollett at the NAACP Image Awards: "What a waste of clear skin"

Smollett claimed in January that he had been attacked by two people who had uttered racist and homophobic insults and slipped a rope around his neck. He was later arrested by the Chicago police for organizing the attack, but criminal proceedings were withdrawn by a prosecutor earlier this week.
