Chris Stirewalt: If the 2020 poll showing Biden's escape is accurate, it will be released "before Halloween"

If a new poll showing former Vice President Joe Biden in place of his rivals is indicative of a new trend, his hopes for 2020 are broken, according to Chris Stirewalt.

The Monmouth University investigation reveals a virtual three-way link between Biden and Sens. Bernie Sanders, Italian, and Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., Could be a bad omen for the Democrat, Stirewalt said Monday in "Special Report."

"If that was the state of the race, Joe Biden would be out of the running before Halloween," he said.

"It will not persist, if Joe Biden is actually aiming to fight for second place, he is about to leave because his main argument is eligibility."

In the Monmouth poll, Biden was followed by a percentage point by Warren and Sanders – within the margin of error.

To that extent, Stirewalt said that Biden can not survive anywhere below first place.

"If he's not the favorite, he's the non-favorite and he will have to leave the race because what the Democrats need is an alternative." viable in Warren or Sanders, "he said. "They must have it and they must have it now."

In response to Stirewalt, Democratic strategist Leslie Marshall agreed with much of his feelings.

Bret Baier, however, noted that the average of the democratic presidential democratic parliamentary elections of 2020 was still Biden with a lead of about ten percentage points.
