Chrissy Teigen is letting fans know about her return from her pregnancy loss earlier this fall.

“I don’t tweet a lot because I’m honestly in a hole of depression,” Teigen, 34, tweeted on Wednesday. “But don’t worry because I have so much help around me to get better and I will be fixed soon.”

“They’ll call when I’m better and ready for pickup and you can come by and grab me, okay?” she added, before ending with “thank you and I love you!”

Teigen lost the baby boy she was expecting with husband John Legend, 41, in October. The couple, who had named baby Jack, were later given tattoos to match his name. They slowly reappeared in public after the tragedy, with Legend dedicating a touching performance of “Never Break” to Teigen at the Billboard Music Awards in the middle of the month. In late October, Teigen thanked fans with a letter posted on Medium; a week later, she attended an election eve rally in Philadelphia with Legend.

A week after the election, Teigen recounted how her family, including her daughter Luna, were dealing with their grief.

“Our house is very open to life, death, grief, everything really,” she captioned a video showing Jack’s box of ashes that had just arrived. “We try to explain things well and answer every conceivable question in a beautiful, witty but literal way. I know this is a weird article, but just wanted to share them to always remember my incredibly empathetic little mini.
