“This is the cutest and most beautiful thing I have ever seen.”
Chrissy Teigen says “life is infinitely better” with her daughter Luna.
On Monday, she shared a pair of videos on Instagram showing how she and John Legend’s 4-year-old daughter welcomed the ashes of their son Jack to their home, a month after the family lost their pregnancy.

“This is the cutest and most beautiful thing I have ever seen,” she explained in the first video. “We just collected Baby Jack’s ashes, they’re here for now with a blessed string and Luna has put a little therapy bear around him.”
“The best part is I went downstairs and she gave him a piece of her favorite snack: a little piece of Pirate’s Booty,” Teigen said. “She’s there… she’s amazing.”
A second video showed Luna introducing herself to both the bear and “Baby Jack”.
“I just think about Jack a lot today,” Teigen captioned. “Our house is very open to life, death, grief, everything really. We try to explain things well and answer every conceivable question in a beautiful, witty but literal way.”
“I know this is a weird article, but I just wanted to share them to always remember my incredibly empathetic little mini,” she added. “Life is infinitely better with her. I miss you, Jack. We miss you a lot.”

Teigen and Legend opened up about losing Jack in September, sharing raw and emotional messages from the hospital at the time.
“We’re shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before,” Teigen wrote. “We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite the bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.
“Jack has worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be forever,” she added. “We are so grateful for the life we have, for our wonderful babies Luna and Miles, for all the amazing things we have been able to experience. But every day cannot be full of sun. In these darkest days, we will cry, we will cry. But we will kiss and love each other harder and we will make it through. “
