Along with the rest of the world, Chrissy Teigen is celebrating Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’ major victory this weekend. And right before the news broke, Teigen shared a super chic outfit pic on Instagram. The photo was taken at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, where the model was supporting a rally for Senator Kamala Harris, now vice president-elect. Her husband, John Legend, performed at the event and brought Chrissy on stage.
According to Instagram account @fashion_critic_, Teigen wore a ruffled tulle skirt by Georges Chakra from the designer’s fall 2020 couture collection for the event. She paired the dramatic piece, which features a dramatic slit at the leg, with a sleek white Chloé blazer.
Teigen captioned the snap, “A random interviewee in a crowd today said she wanted Joe to win just so that he could start posting thirst traps on Instagram again in peace. I respect that person very much. “
Following the news of Biden’s victory in the US election, Teigen shared a photo of his children, Miles and Luna, in front of the television and captioned the image, “Democracy restored, faith renewed” .
She continued to celebrate by listening to a less than favorable song about Donald Trump and tagged most of her family in the post. Basically, it’s no secret who backed Legend and Teigen in the 2020 election.
She also posted a photo of herself with Vice President-elect Kamala Harris and cut everyone out of the picture, which is nothing short of iconic.
