Church stabbed in San Jose, California kills two, injures several

Two people were killed and several others suffered fatal injuries in a knife attack Sunday night at a church in San Jose, Calif., Police said.

Police responded to the violence at around 8:45 p.m. on Sunday, the San Jose Police Department said. When police arrived, they said they found “several stabbing victims” at Grace Baptist Church.

At the time of the stabbing, police said no church services were taking place and homeless people had been brought into the church to avoid the cold.

No arrests were made and no further details were immediately available.
