After stabbing his colleague at a California university campus and spending two days on the run, a staff member at California State University Fullerton was arrested for murder.
Steven Shek Keung Chan, 57, of Hacienda Heights, was stabbed to death in the school parking lot on Monday, August 19th. He was repeatedly stabbed and, although police officers who arrived in the first place took action for soon to be declared dead, according to the Fullerton Police Department.
Chuyen Vo, 51, was arrested at his home in Huntington Beach on Wednesday night, said Fullerton Police Chief Robert Dunn at a news conference.

Ellen Treanor, the school's vice-president, told KTLA that the victim and the suspect were working in the same division, but that it was a big division, so it's likely that they did not even know each other.
"Of all the people I spoke to in this division, there did not seem to be any concern that anyone could ever hurt Steve," she said. "Not a single person said that there were problems."
The authorities believe that Vo was targeted by Chan and that he had brought an explosive device and tools for an abduction to the scene.

While Chan had retired from his previous position at California State University Fullerton as a director in 2017, he was still working at the School of International Student Affairs Bureau as a consultant, reports Fox. 5 in San Diego.
Vo is detained without bail. It is unclear if he has a lawyer who can speak on his behalf at the moment.
