Former National Intelligence Director James Clapper said on Thursday that there is "passive collusion" between the Trump campaign and Russia, despite the findings of the special advocate Robert Mueller concluding that there is no conspiracy .
Clapper began by defending the basis of the investigation into Russia, explaining to Anderson, of Cooper, that there was a "good reason" for intelligence agencies and the forces of the order "are worried about whether or not there was some kind of plot between the Trump campaign and the Russians."
