Clare Crawley mends her broken heart – one step at a time.
The former “Bachelorette” spoke candidly about her recent split from Dale Moss in a post shared to her Instagram Story on Saturday.
“It takes a lot to get me to my knees,” Crawley, 40, wrote on a video of her walking her dog. “But damn this week pushed me to this point.”
Crawley told her followers that she was doing her best to move forward by putting herself first and refusing to “stay down.”
“I’ll be damned if I let it all take me away,” she said. “So in the midst of it all, I take action even though the [sic] are small. “
She added, “I’m going to eat good food, drink water, and manage it the best I can.”
Crawley also spoke of the endless support she has received online since things ended with Moss, 33, a second time in late September.
“I want you to know that my Insta family’s messages of support + love did not go unnoticed,” she wrote at the bottom of her post.
Crawley and Moss got engaged in the season 16 finale of “The Bachelorette,” but their romance after the show wasn’t easy.
The two briefly reconciled after breaking up earlier this year. However, a source told Page Six at the end of last month that they were over “for good this time.”
What ultimately led Crawley and Moss to go their separate ways again? The blonde beauty is not yet ready to share specific details.
