Clark Gable III was the current host of the reality TV series The cheaters, which is filmed in Dallas and features people suspected of cheating on their romantic partners. He recently returned after a two-year hiatus with Gable as host.
His sister, Kayley Gable, mourned his death on Facebook.
"My brother found my brother unresponsive this morning and he did not wake up … I LOVE CLARKIE I'm so sorry I can not save you My heart is broken and broken." She says.
No cause of death has been published.
The creators of the show also posted their condolences on Facebook.
"So sad, so sad, we all loved you, Clark, Tear the young man, love, bg," read the statement, apparently from The cheaters creator Bobby Goldstein, read.
Gable was the only grandson of Clark Gable.
