Meanwhile, several large, cutting edge players flew out of the market in the early hours. Shaquil Barrett re-signed with the Bucs for four years, $ 72 million, and Romeo Okwara re-signed with the Lions for three years, $ 39 million. Former Ravens point guard Matt Judon agreed with the Patriots over a four-year period worth $ 56 million, including $ 32 million in the first two years.

Browns show interest in Saints Borders defenseman Trey Hendrickson
Cleveland.com has been reporting for weeks that Hendrickson is one of the Browns’ free agency passer on the radar.
Shortly after the start of the trading period Monday at noon, NFL reporter Josina Anderson tweeted that the Browns, Vikings and Jets had all shown interest.
They are not the only ones. A source told cleveland.com that “ many teams ” called about Hendrickson in the first two hours of the negotiation period. It’s no wonder why. A third-round pick in 2017, he tied Aaron Donald for second in the NFL with 13.5 sacks in 2020.

Browns have reportedly shown interest in Rams S John Johnson
The Browns expressed interest on Monday in the safety of Rams fifth-year John Johnson III, a 2017 third-round pick at Boston College, according to Jonathan Jones, senior NFL reporter from CBS Sports.
The Lions, Eagles and Jaguars are also interested, according to Jones.
The Browns are definitely looking for depth in the secondary, and could sign a free agent or two. I wrote that Jets cornerback Brian Pool is on their radar, and there are others. The Browns are counting on safety Grant Delpit (broken Achilles) and cornerback Greedy Williams (nerve injury to his shoulder) to start for them in 2021, but they will continue to add to the stack.
