Berea, Ohio (923 The Fan) – Miss a plane, miss a job.

The Browns gave up their left-hand Desmond Harrison goal Wednesday, a day after his delay on the mandatory minicamp because he had missed a flight according to head coach Freddie Kitchens.

A source told 92.3 The Fan that it was not the first time that Harrison was late and that a habitual behavior had led to his release.

Harrison, who signed last year as an unengaged free agent, played eight games against the left before being replaced by veteran Greg Robinson.

The Browns have re-signed Robinson, a former No. 2 pick, to a one-year contract worth $ 9 million this season.
