Every Fox News town hall event in the past five years has surpassed Wednesday’s CNN event with Biden.

CNN’s town hall also failed to beat Fox News among the key demographic of adults aged 25 to 54. CNN averaged 306,000 demo viewers during the event, compared to 464,000 for Fox News.

CNN didn’t just finish last in Biden’s mayoralty. The Liberal Network also finished behind Fox News and MSNBC during prime hours from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. ET.

BIDEN AND DON LEMON RTI FOR PERFORMANCES DURING CNN TOWN HALL: “UNCOMFORTABLE TO WATCH”

Fox News averaged 2.3 million prime-time viewers and MSNBC was second with 1.6 million. Despite President Biden’s appearance on the network, CNN was content with 1.3 million prime-time viewers.

While Biden has failed to pull the struggling network out of last place, it has helped Lemon surpass the one million viewer threshold that he fails to consistently reach.

An interesting moment that was seen by the small public on CNN was when Lemon called Biden a “big guy” during presidential mayor.

“You’ve been the big guy for six months now in the White House. Can you take us behind the scenes, something extraordinary or unusual that happened that left its mark on you?” Lemon asked.

“The big guy” was notably used as a reference to Biden in an email thread allegedly involving Joe’s son Hunter Biden in the process of making a deal with a Chinese energy company. In 2020, Fox News confirmed the authenticity of an email dated May 13, 2017 that detailed a discussion of “compensation packages” for those involved in a trade deal. One section of the email contained a property division that read “10 owned by H for the big guy?” Which was later confirmed to refer to Joe Biden.

Representative Elise Stefanik, RN.Y., also commented on this connection, tweeting, “Wow. Even Don Lemon knows Joe Biden is the ‘Big Guy’! #HuntersEmails.”
