CNN host Chris Cuomo chose not to mention the threats made on Monday against U.S. General Service Administration chief Emily Murphy as he continued to criticize his days after urging them viewers to pay it “more attention”.
Murphy informed President-elect Joe Biden that his agency had officially recognized him as the apparent winner of the 2020 presidential election and was moving forward with the transition process. His letter ended a week-long standoff in which Biden’s transition team accused Murphy and his agency of withholding critical transition resources needed for a smooth transfer of power.

Last week, Cuomo pasted Murphy’s photo to the screen, claiming that she “smiles while you die” from the coronavirus. The CNN host said she “deserved more attention” for delaying the transition.
Murphy apparently got the attention Cuomo was looking for and wrote in her letter, she received threats “online, by phone, and by mail to my security, family, staff and even my pets in the purpose of forcing me to make this decision. prematurely.”
The GSA even had to provide him with a security detail, according to the Washington Post.
In a series of tweets, President Trump thanked Murphy for her handling of the verification process since election day, noting threats made against her during the process.
“I want to thank Emily Murphy of the GSA for her unwavering dedication and loyalty to our country,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “She has been harassed, threatened and abused – and I don’t want that to happen to her, her family or the GSA employees. The namesake “Cuomo Prime Time” failed to speak about threats against Murphy on Monday during news coverage of the transition that officially began in an anti-Trump rant to open his show. Cuomo read Murphy’s letter but completely ignored the receiving threats part.
The left-wing CNN host then covered up Trump’s tweet but ignored mention of the threats against Murphy.
“I’m not going to read it, it’s no longer necessary,” Cuomo said of Trump’s tweet.
Media Research Center news analyst Nicholas Fondacaro criticized Cuomo’s behavior in a scathing recap of the situation.

“The rhetoric coming from CNN’s Chris Cuomo has grown increasingly disturbing with each week since the election. Monday made it the third week in a row he had used PrimeTime as a platform to launch thinly veiled threats against the lives of Republicans, ”Fondacaro wrote.

Fondacaro reminded readers that “this happened the week after he (a man with a long history of supporting internal left-wing Antifa terrorists) put a target on his back.”
