Trump became the first president in U.S. history to be impeached twice during his presidency on Wednesday when the House voted to remove him for his role in the deadly Jan.6 attacks on Capitol Hill that left five people dead, including a Capitol Hill police officer.

Skyhorse Publishing has announced that a new book on Trump’s historic second indictment will be released on February 2.

The book will be titled “The Second Impeachment Report: Materials in Support of the H. Res.” 24, Indictment of Donald John Trump, President of the United States, of Serious Crime by the United States House Committee on the Judiciary. “

Publishers do not need permission to sell Congressional reports in book form because they are not copyrighted, according to the AP.

Cohen released his own book, “Disloyal: A Memoir,” with Skyhorse in 2020, in which he details the work he did on behalf of Trump and claims the president was involved in multiple crimes.

Cohen was sentenced to three years in federal prison in 2018 after pleading guilty to nine counts of campaign finance violations, tax evasion and misrepresentation.

He was released at home in May 2020 amid the pandemic before being returned to prison for a short period. He was taken into house arrest again in July after a judge ruled his return to custody was a form of retaliation.
