College football picks – Who wins the biggest games of the third week?

[ad_1]

The third week is upon us and the ESPN college football experts have made their choice. There is a potential scorefest Friday night between Washington State and Houston, a match between Florida and Kentucky between the SEC and rivalries between the states of Pitt-Penn State and Iowa-Iowa State, and then an opportunity for an improved team from Virginia to assume a fragile Florida state team. And it's gone. (Lines courtesy of Caesars Sportsbook.)
