General Ramiro Castrillón, director of traffic and transport police, asked the citizens to "drive on the defensive, with great caution and without speeding".

For the return of travelers to the city, the police had 195 transit units, on the main access roads, such as Carrera 7, Cota, Suba, NQS Avenue, Llano Road, Calle 80, Calle 13, Autopista between y Avenida Boyacá.
