The child was removed from the Cascales School Unit without the consent of his representatives and using force, according to the statement issued by the Ministry of Education.
"Thus, the complaint and legal support to the family of the victim were continued," the statement said.
Apparently that day, the professor of the institution complained to the national police.
The department had already supervised the student since May 30, the day she learned of a violent situation.
From that time, the Student Counseling Department (DECE) addressed the minor's family to "provide legal and psychological advice on the case". He also arranged that the girl could only be sought after from school with the mother's permission. Situation that did not occur on June 12.
