The Secretary of Communications and Transport (SCT), Gerardo Ruiz Esparza received the representatives of the virtual elected president, Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) to share information on the new International Airport of Mexico (NAIM).
In a statement, the SCT explained that the meeting was to share information on the state of construction of the NAIM and related hydraulic works.
"In a spirit of cordiality and mutual co-operation, it was agreed to maintain communication, to exchange detailed information and to proceed as soon as possible to technical meetings on airport matters social, financial, geological and environmental, with representatives from both sides, "said the SCT.
The meeting was attended by the Secretary of Communications and Transport, Gerardo Ruiz Esparza, Under Secretary of Transport, Yuriria Mascott Pérez, the Director General of the Mexico City Airport Group, Federico Patiño, and the Director General of the Commission National Council of Agua (Conagua), Roberto Ramírez de la Parra.
