The Ombudsman today rejected the murder of the social leader Horacio Triana Parra, who was killed in a rural area of Boyacá Department (center).

The Boyacá police commander, Colonel Juan Darío Rodríguez, stated that the killing of Triana was under investigation and that he had not been arrested. "not threatened with death".
