At least 448 people have died, 2,800 have been injured and 595 are missing as part of protests against the government of President Daniel Ortega that they filled this Thursday 100 days, informed the Nicaraguan Non Governmental Association of Human Rights (Anpdh).
The executive secretary of Anpdh, Álvaro Leiva, said Thursday at a press conference that the list of victims is "preliminary", They had problems to confirm the cases recorded in the difficult areas of access.

Leiva told reporters that some of the 2,800 people who were injured will be left with consequences for what's left of their life.

Anpdh was founded in 1986 and one of the most respected in the country of Central America.

A national dialogue between the Alliance and the government is suspended, in because of the strong crackdown, according to the Nicaraguan Episcopal Conference (CEN), which acts as mediator and witness.
Protests against Ortega and Murillo began on April 18 due to failed social security reforms and became a demand for the president's resignation, after eleven years in power, with charges of abuse and corruption against him.
